Conference

Achieving Results, Building Momentum, Securing Sustainability

Marriott at the Renaissance Center in Detroit, Michigan
November 7-8, 2013

The Working Families Success Network’s conference has grown from 40 to 550 people over the past few years—filling the entire conference ballroom. This invitation-only convening, hosted by a group of national foundations and nonprofits newly configured as the Working Families Success Network (WFSN), (formerly known as the Center for Working Families), presented provocative speakers, interactive workshops, forums and networking opportunities.

More than 300 different groups were represented. The 550 attendees were directors, deans, financial coaches, and managers. They represented community-based organizations; community colleges; national nonprofits and intermediaries; funders and foundations; local, state, and Federal government; policy and advisory organizations; and research and evaluation groups.
